RILiveMusic is beyond pleased to celebrate our dear friend Rachel Kinnevy-Fitzpatrick, who has been honored by Hey Rhody and its family of magazines as one of the Leading Ladies of 2026.
As General Manager of the historic Greenwich Odeum, Rachel has become one of Rhode Island’s most passionate champions of live music and the arts.
Originally from Denver, Rachel’s love for the arts eventually brought her to the Odeum nearly a decade ago. What began as a part-time bartending job nine years ago grew into something much bigger. Through dedication, passion, and a deep commitment to the venue and its community, Rachel worked her way into what she proudly calls her dream job — General Manager.
Alongside a dedicated board, staff, volunteers, and loyal patrons, Rachel has helped shape the Odeum into far more than a theater. Under her leadership, it has become a vibrant gathering place where people from all walks of life come together to experience the power of live performance. From unforgettable concerts to community events, Rachel continues to prove that great venues are built not just with stages and seats, but with heart.
Rachel is also the proud mother of three wonderful children, balancing family life while leading one of Rhode Island’s most beloved cultural institutions.
As the Greenwich Odeum celebrates its 100th anniversary, Rachel promises the magic will continue — honoring the theater’s rich legacy while helping guide it into its next century of music, creativity, and community.
